Roosting starlings.

One of natures incredible events.
Roosting starlings returning from Russia and Northern Europe to Britain, the images captured are breathtaking but the video footage portrays the the event in all it glory.
Worth sitting out to witness.

Snow in the Cotswold's

This part of the world does not get the same volume of snow as other parts of the Northern hemisphere: but when it comes it causes chaos,  and I love it!
I get out and do loads of walking. I love the way the countryside changes, objects that would normally blend into the landscape take on new forms everything gets rounded off.
The usual sounds are replaced with the crunching of snow under foot.

The snow has all but gone now and we are back to soggy rainy days and things have returned to normal, how I miss the snow!

Pagoda at the rivers edge.

Windrush river.

Off the beaten track.

A beautiful garden in the summer, as attractive in the snow.

A week in images.

Sorry this one is so late, I have been enjoying the snow with my children.
Here are some images that I captured last week.

My new project in North London, loads of bespoke furniture as well as some interior work.

Bourton-on-the-water in the Cotswold's. We have had weekend of snow which means the whole of the UK comes to a standstill. I personally love the snow(I love a bit of chaos) I have spent the whole weekend out walking in the country side around us, everything looks so fresh and barely any sound.

The Mail Plus More retail space in North London. We are nearly there, the snagging is taking longer than thought.

Branding work for Mail Plus More, this is the first time I have had an opportunity to work on a complete package for a client. It has been a steep learning curve but an interesting challenge.

The Week.

This week in images.

Blue tack faces, these are on my desk and get changed every couple of days.

Fox dropping.

Work in progress.

Final touches, a project that I get called back to every so often.

A walk in the forest near me, a great source of inspiration.

Happy New Year!

Hello all, and a Happy New Year!  better late than never.

I have not quite recovered from the over indulgence that is Christmas,  but did enjoy the time away from my computer.

This year I am starting a new feature on my blog, this will compromise a weekly post of images that I encounter and capture during the week.
This is the first of them lets see how it goes?

Capitalism in an image.

This is normally a tranquil stream, the rain over Christmas has been unreal.

Projects and ideas?

I want to draw more this year.

More wire!
