Nests.
This series of photographs by photographer Dillon Marsh of Weaver bird nests in the Kalahari desert in South Africa are amazing.
I have first hand knowledge of their ingenuity, growing up in Natal, South Africa.
They would build their nests in thorn trees that surrounded lakes where we used to swim and fish as children.
I remember spending hours watching the males construct the nests, only to have them rejected by the female and having to start all over again?
